INCOM is currently (03/11/2011) searching for an experienced PROCESS ENGINEER. A
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or other Engineering is required. Applicants must have a minimum of 4+ years of proven engineering experience, with emphasis on product and/or process development and documentation in a manufacturing environment.
This position will be responsible for process development, optimization and troubleshooting, as well as the preparation of process routers and drawings for the fabrication of glass fiber optic components. A strong background in the forming, grinding and polishing of glass is preferred.

OSRAM SYLVANIA Central Research and Services Laboratory, in the Research-Solid-State Lighting department, is seeking a well qualified technical associate to support our research in ceramic materials for lighting solutions. In this position, the ideal candidate is capable of working in a team environment, against customer deadlines, to deliver prototype and pilot quantity samples. The candidate will be responsible for thermal processing and furnace maintenance of a variety of specialty and common furnaces used in ceramics research, development, and production. Additionally, working under instructions from technical staff, perform various inspection tasks and prepare prototype and pilot quantity samples for delivery. As programs/projects mature and technology is transferred to manufacturing, be a contributor to the knowledge exchange.
